- Planning and controlling of IT hardware and software within your support area
- Responsibility for new acquisition and installation of PCs, notebooks and peripherals, as well as
their maintenance and related technical updates
- Administration of user accounts and access rights (MICROSOFT Active Directory Service) for your defined specialist areas (First Level Support)
- Support of the central IT department in the introduction of products and processes dependent on them
- Contact person for all IT issues in the respective area of responsibility and link to the central IT department

- Completed study of computer science or comparable completed education with
relevant practical experience
- Technical know-how in installation, configuration, maintenance and administration of server operating systems (e.g. Windows 10) and Unix derivatives (Debian/Ubuntu/RedHat)
- Experience in the field of network LAN structures and components as well as know-how in dealing with developer tools and server, PC and printer hardware
- Fluent German and communication skills in written and spoken English
- Creative and fast problem-solving ability as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation
- Confident appearance, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team
